My morning habit is I took brown bread with milk and on lunch I took roti and simple spicy and on night I took dal and roti. Mostly I am ignoring all junk foods and all .please suggest me any fat burner which would be good for my health so that I can looses my weight fast .I am doing exercise also in night but not getting result. I walk also daily about 2 km. Please suggest and kindly help in towards it.
