At-least have 6-7 meals and gap between meals is too much which slow down your metabolism and weight loss is also slow. Drink plenty of water and add green tea in between meals. for example; breakfast/ mid-meal/lunch/evening time/ pre-dinner/ dinner/ post dinner. Add more fruits and vegetables in the diet. Add low calories foods like wise: cornflakes, oats, Dalia, muesli etc.
