I feel dizziness (without objects spinning) all the time, also I have constipation. These two occurs again and again from many time (3-4 months) also I have allergic rhinitis. Sometimes when stomach does not empty properly I have frequent urination. Feel fatigue 3-4 days a week. Dizziness when change position or light. Above information was worth giving but the main problem is: I sometimes have a dizziness shock like when I was standing I fell down once, once I controlled myself. But today I was feeling fatigue even after sleeping 8 hr. At night, I sleep 3 hours in day today, when I was sleeping, I feel 2 times extreme dizziness (spinning) but these were short (10-15 sec. Help me. I think dizziness is because of constipation. Note: I don't have any ear pain.
