I am diabetic and have hypertension since last 10 years. I had a good control over sugar since June 2018. Test conducted on 09/06/2018 showed an Hb1ac of 11.8 (Estimated average plasma Glucose 271.30). Fasting is 256. 53 mg/dl. Lipid profile serum 202.89 (Triglycerides 164. 07H. HDL 28. 28 while LDL is 140. 80H). I would like to know whether I should move to insulin for better management. I am ready to take it both temporarily or permanently to improve life quality. Seek advice from endocrinologist PREFERABLY IN DELHI since I am interested in continuing my treatment with the specialists only.

I think go with insuline .and cycling walking for reduction of hba1c and omega 3 supplement for reduce cholesterol.
