My 2 nd metatarsal bone is broken 10 days before I did the plaster but they did not done it upto the mark. It didn't cover upto my pain area. I feel pain when I walk. What to do. Please let me know is synthetic plaster ok. Can I remove this plaster and re done it properly. Please note I feel stress on my ankle joint and hurt in the ankles after doing plaster.

Metatarsalfractures tend to heal within six to eight weeks. Rest with ur foot end rested on pillow that will reduce paun and swelling too. Eat protei rich diet for faster healing
