It would be ideal to see a nearby pediatrician. In the meantime you can use pain killer like paracetamol syrup or tablet at regular intervals for pain relief. Crocin syrup 10 ml would do for a reasonable built 10 years old. Soft diet, plenty of liquids including juice, soups, water is recommended. Rest well. It should subside in couple of days. Can give warm compress to the affected area.
