Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

At first, you will take Faradic Stimulation to Paravertibral muscle of lumbo-sacral region. Then do spinal extension exercises, like Pawanmuktasana, Bhujangasana,Ardhasalvasana & Ardhamatsyendrasana all exercise should be done dynamic procedure with breathing inhale & exhale guidance by Physiotherapist.
