I want to reduce fat from thighs, stomach and chest area. I started walking regularly 5 km and 15 min of exercise. I have stopped butter, cheese intake. What else I need to do in diet /exercise to reduce it soon. Guide me with some diet intake which I should add or remove.

Start with high fibre diet like bran chapati, other whole grains, salad,good amout of cooked and uncooked vegs, fruits,good quality protein like milk and curd.
