Pain in lower back just above gluten travelling to quad on left leg after gymming please help.

Drink enough water before, during and after gym Take enough salt take enough Protein, 1.5g/kg Take enough fiber daily. Take Epsom salt bath daily Apply Flexabenz gel followed by 15 minutes hot compression Do Piriformis stretching 30 seconds repeat four times, twice daily.
