I am 25 year old height 150 cm, weight 64 kg. I would like to do ketogenic diet ,but I came to know that keto diet has some side effects. Here in ketogenic diet we have to take high protein content ,will it cause any damage to body ,how many gms of protein that I can consume in a day in keto diet .please suggest me ,we have a limit of protein intake like 250 gms of animal protein and 4 eggs per day Will it cause any harm to body. Please suggest me with good advice .I have no health issues except this overweight.

Increase your water consumption. -Have dinner early and keep it light. -Avoid outside food completely.
