I recently ordered complete b12 plus tablet for b12 deficiency. But when I searched Google I found this tablet is for neuropathic pain. Is it safe for me to take as a supplement for b12? Or should I not take it?

No need to take B12 supplements Nature Cure strictly prohibits supplements because our body has the power to synthesise everything from anything. If your body has the right equilibrium then your body will synthesise B12 and any other Vitamins itself and if it does not require B 12 comsuming it will be in all vain.
