Have small frequent meal every 3 to 4 hours 2. Do not eat a stomachful at a time. Divide your meals 3. Have a midmorning, mid evening and a bed time snack 4. Add 1 to 2 fruit servings/ milk/ dry fruit servings in a day 5. Avoid mango, chickoo, banana in bulk eating. If you want to have it, have them a small quantity. 6. Avoid rice, potatoes at night/ dinner time 7. If you want to have some sweet, have them mid morning or post lunch. Avoid sweets at dinner time 8.
