Can okra be soaked in copper vessel overnight and be taken in morning with empty stomach by diabetic patients?

Can okra be soaked in copper vessel overnight and be taken in morning with empty stomach by diabetic patients?
Yes, it can be. But okra being a green vegetable is a rich source of fibre and micro nutrients. Won't be much of a help in diabetes. You can try overnight soaked fenugreek seeds for diabetes.

Hello my sugar level is 200 kindly suggest a good diet plan as my weight is around 87 kg.
Hi, you can follow basic thumb rules like having small frequent meals, eating 6 small meals in place of 3 major meals. Have a glass of milk or a fruit while going to bed, avoid simple carbohydrates such as bakery items, cold drink, sweets. Have more of protein and good fats such as nuts, roasted grams, etc. Have less oil, ghee, butter on daily basis.

My father (Male / 78 yrs) used to take Glimser Forte 2 (once daily) for Type 2 Diabetes, but the new medication from a reputed hospital has him taking trajenta 5 mg (once daily), and Glycomet 500 SR (twice daily) instead. He feels that his sugar was better controlled with Glimser Forte 2. I want to know the difference, and why the new medication. He has nephrology issues with his Creatinine around 1.7.

Due to his increased Creatinine, he required modifications in treatment. Trajenta is safe for kidney patients. That's why it was added along with decreasing dose of metformin, which was higher in glimser forte 2. Metformin is excellent drug for sugar control that's why he might feel with it, his sugars we're better, But seeing his age and Creatinine status, higher dose of metformin is harmful in longer duration.

Hi, alcohol in any form has empty calories without any kind of nutrition in it. You can have little amount of it preferably twice a month. Red wine has been found to be helpful to prevent heart disease when taken in correct amount. Ideally it's allowed 100 ml.

My 35 years old husband recently diagnosed diabetes. I want to conceive so is there any chance of developing diabetes to my upcoming child now or later in life?

Chances for your child to get diabetes is as same as for everyone. Diabetes has few pre existing reasons to develop except hereditary. They are sedentary lifestyle, high calories food consumption, stress, less sleep, bad habits etc. You don't have to worry about it now. Develop good eating and exercise habits for yourself and your husband for your kids to see and follow. Children usually follow parents on eating habits. And have a pre planned pregnancy with his good sugar control. That should help you.
