Hello Doctor, past one month I have left shoulder pain which is radiating from my neck to back, I have gastritis I done chest X Ray, echo 2d, stress TMT, everything is normal, sometimes I feel burning sensation on back and shoulders, I am really scared that I have heart problem? Sometimes I feel pain on chest area and it goes when I get belching, I am really scared that I have a cardiac pain, normal breathing, when I climb 2 floors I not feeling much breathing problem. Please suggest me next what should I do? Everyone saying it as a muscle pain or else cervical pain. But I can not take it like a way. Whenever I get hungry I feels a mild pain in chest area and it goes away within a seconds,
