Hello doctor. I had a pcr rna quantitative test for hiv after one month of exposure. The test result is target not detected. My hepatitis b and c tests are also negative. please suggest me if I need to get retested again for hiv or not.

You have 3 option for testing before 3 month you have to go for HIV 1 PROVIRAL DNA TEST IN BETWEEN 3 MONTH TO 6 MONTH you can go for HIV DUO test or HIV 1 Proviral DNA test after 6 month of test you can use HIV Antibody test or HIV DUO test or HIV 1 Proviral DNA test do according this advise.
