My son is 5.1 years old. He is working in a company in you s a.he has to travel a lot. He is also desk tied up. He is having pain in the back. The pain is not excruciating. He is carrying on with all his activitiesinspite of the pain. But he has misery. He is constantly groaning. His bones appear to be alright. There isnomaterial damage to any part, as such. But, the pain persists. What exercise should be undertaken by him/what medicines should be taken by him? What precautions should he take. I shall be grateful if some advice is given.

These are occupational pain and hazard Your son has to find time for him self and pay attention towards his exercises and diet which is equily important.
