I having pain on my back upper left side and also having pain on my neck in left side and sometimes also in left hand I am a smoker what should I do and also having little bit pain on chest please suggest me.

for back: Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart. for neck: Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs .
