I am suffering form stone in kidney stone size 6 mm please suggest me what to do.

Hi The size 6 mm can be reduced with help of tablets. Drink plenty of water. If you have severe pain take pain killers and also consult a urologist. If not subsiding you need to do lithotripsy. Thanks for your query.

Hello lybrate-user The management of kidney stone would depend upon the location of the stone and other factors. If everything is favourable, it should pass without any surgery. Drink plenty of water for the same. But it has to be evaluated first for any associated conditions and some tests have to be done. So please see a general surgeon/ urologist first.
