I am slightly hypertensive and take cilacar 10 and Nodon 2.5 once a day. Suddenly this summer pressure has gone up and shot upto 180/80 on 1 day. Was also feeling giddy. Now doctor has increased cilacar to 30 mg daily and Nodon 2.5 mg daily for last 7 days. Earlier BP used to be around 130-140/70-84. Want your suggestion. There has been no change in life style.

You should monitor your BP over next few weeks. Get an ECG and kidney function test done to rule out any other cause of uncontrolled hypertension.
