I read on websites that after the surgery for gynaecomastia, the shape of the chest generally looks weird because of shaping issues. Is it true! And also that, I cannot be corrected later because the asymmetry is due to removal of fats and glands and muscle loss.

No, that not true completely. Actually in gynecomastia surgery, liposuction is done for excess fat and any residual excess gland is removed, so shape is not distorted, if you keep wearing compression garments for at least two months.
