Hello, when you study or watch TV stop munching snacks. Eat murmura, roasted Chanas. U can have Bhel, chana chor. Eat more of fruits like apples, water melon is best, musk melon, banana. Try to have salads daily, include sprouts. Include sattu in diet, good source of protein. Reduce sugar content. Don't add extra salt in diet like salads or juice. Try to reduce oilly food, butter, cheese. Drink buttermilk without salt, add jeera. Drink warm lemon water daily in morning. Drink green tea or ajwain tea before sleeping.
