I am suffering from insomnia since last two years so I don't sleep well so what can I have to do?

Good shower Relax on music of low volume and mellifluous No electronics in bedroom No books in bedroom Quiet and dark Meditation also helps Easy to say but difficult De-stress on any specific issues. It is said that underlying depression might cause Consult Psychiatrist Cognitive therapy helps.
