Do u sleep or take nap in daytime. if so then stop it. If u r not able to sleep, dont watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. switch off TV atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. I am having shivering of hands. Pain heaviness in both hands and legs can not hold thing in a hand for a long period I am not diabetic bp is sometimes high sometimes not. I also have insomnia problems taking placida plus tablet at night thyroid normal.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc at least an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Hello Doctor, I am 45 male, working professional, I'm suffering from dm type 2 since 3 years and pancreatitis since 3 years. I have insomnia & hair loss for the past one year.
