Exercise regularly with a high protein diet to gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre. Avoid simple sugars. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. In high protein diet, increase intake of eggs, non veg food, milk and milk products, pulses,beans and legumes, nuts ans seeds in your diet.
