I am 27 years old. On June 2017 I got an electric shock from home. After that I'm paralyzed, then recovered within 9 months. Currently I have body pains muscle pain and tiredness all the time. My doctor told me that it will be fine soon. Also in every month I take my body checkup correctly, continued with exercises which are recommended by my physiotherapist with usual rest. Today I'm overweight and my cholesterol level 215 but my physiotherapist not re comment heavy exercises for me. He told that my body cannot afford that kind of exercises. Also my dietitian told me that you have ate as you have. Is this level of cholesterol is dangerous? Please help me.
