I am 23 years old. I had unprotected sex with with prostitute without condom. This is my first exposure .i had tested 23 days after exposure. Tridot test is negative. Hsv test is negative. HIV rna pcr test is also negative. I have a viral infection on my penis. Small rashes on the body. Am I HIV person or not. These symptoms are related to HIV. Am so embarrassing. Doctor said HIV rna pcr test is gives 100% accurate result after exposure (5 days -20 days) .is it correct? I am safe or not.

Tridot at 20 days is useless. So also Herpes test. PCR negative means you are HIV negative for sure. But you are at risk of other STDs. Pl do HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure. In the meanwhile please take private consult with audio video chat and then you can be at peace.

You are fortunate to have all negative reports. You are definitely HIV negative. It is a good time to revisit your practices to keep yourself protected in future. Please take the Hepatitis B vaccination. Also, please test yourself for Syphilis given your complaints.
