Probably you are suffering from fungal and or bacterial balanitis which is very much treatable with natural homoeopathic medications. But in homoeopathy, suitable medications can only be selected after thorough case analysis. So consult me privately through this platform for effective treatment and for now wash your penis gently with luke warm sterile water and calendula tincture every day and don't use any kind of soap and after washing, dry that area properly with sterile cotton.

Dear User, Penile itching could be due to many factors. Men who are uncircumcised (who have the foreskin remaining around the penis) are prone to balanitis, an inflammation of the foreskin that is often caused by poor hygiene, irritation, or infections. Penile itch is not an emergency, but it may be a sign of a disease that can be transmitted to others. Please consult a doctor for physical investigation which is essential for diagnosis. Take care.
