Hi Sir, My total cholesterol is 108 Triglycerides is 139 HDL cholesterol is 34 LDL cholesterol is 46.2 VLDL cholesterol is 27.8 please suggest how to improve HDL cholesterol.

you can eat healthy food.. like fruits.. more pulses, fish and other sea food... also take conezyme Q10 and omega 3 fatty acids...
