Dear Lybrateuser, TB treatment is a step wise therapy and sometimes some problems like loss of appetite, vomiting, joint pains are seen. You should have patience and please don't change / switch / alter TB medicines or their doses, as most problems will resolve by themselves But in case of persisting / non improvement of such problems you can always have a second opinion from a Pulmonologist. Wishing your Father a speedy recovery.
