I am 29 year old female suffering from lower back ache since few months. At times it get worse and I am unable to stand straight. And mostly such happens when I stand up after sitting for a prolonged time at one place. At times even my arms and legs start aching and I tend to feel weak which has resulted in feeling sick. Please suggest some suitable treatment and I wish to know the reason for such pain.

Hi mam, the pain in your Back is because of strain of your back muscles. You can do back muscles strengthening exercise and abdominal muscles strengthening. This will help you in reducing the pain.
