I am 21 years old wid BMI 17.2, weight 50 kg I am on weight gain diet (i use to take food at regular interval, exercise ,take protein rich food, consume higher calorie) I also face constipation issue, and I feel fibre content in my diet is not adequate. Can I consume fibre supplement. Will it work in reverse way.
