Please suggest. Which kind of simple food can help me grow strength muscle and increase memory power?

Eat simple foods like lentils, legumes - e.g. Chickpea, rajma, cowpea etc, Egg white is also good For memory and brain health eat walnuts, almonds and fish. They are rich in omega 3 fats which is good for brain. Also eat lots of greens which are rich in antioxidants which protects brain.
