I am 28 years old. I have a very lean body. I want to build up some muscles, my chest and reduce some belly fat (although that would be a debate whether I have some), what kind of diet should I follow. To gain body mass and to reduce belly fat naturally you should do 30 mins of body weight exercises in morning. Have lukewarm water in the morning and eat fruits on empty stomach for breakfast, take energy dense foods like milk, curd, paneer; starchy food like rice, potatoes and bananas.
