I have hypothyroidism, controlled very well with 100 mcg of levothyroxine. I observed sudden weight gain of 5 kgs during last 4-5 months. My morning insulin is 15 (lab range is showing 5 to 25). Do I have insulin resistance? What particular diet and exercise regimen to follow if so?
