I am a 59 year old male, quite healthy and active. Off late, I have been feeling quite lethargic and tired. I did my Blood Test which showed Vitamin D deficiency and I have consulted my family Doctor who has advised Vitamin D3 injection (Arachitol 6L) - 3 shots over a month. Is there anything else I should look for or test? My diet and appetite are normal. I walk at least 45 mins a day.

Don't take Injection first of all... Take oral vitamin D supplements.. And also it is not a solution ... As we have to treat the cause of less vitamin D.. So better Consult and take Homoeopathic treatment...
