Hi, I eat muesli with coconut milk and little grinded coconut everyday morning as a breakfast. Could any one suggest me whether ths breakfast is healthy and good for cholesterol and weight management?

Dear Ma'am Its fine if you are taking muesli with coconut milk but it can be changed so that you can get nutrients in the morning as it is the most important meal of the day. You can replace coconut milk with slim milk or skimmed milk also. Regards.
