I am taking ATT for tb in lymphs below jaw. I consulted to a doctor in civil hospital. He prescribed me Dots for 6 months. I can not go daily to take it there itself so I took ATT from private doctor. He prescribed me 1. R-cinex 600 2. Pyzina 1000 3. Pyzina 500 4. Pyri 10 and 5. Combutol 1000 for 12 months. My questions are 1. Is this dosage right? I mean its so heavy dose. 2. Is the duration prescribed is right or he just want to earn consultation money. 3. As the dosage is heavy, how much water should I drink and at what frequency. My weight is 74N and my height is 5'7" 4. I am having itching on my legs and headache from yesterday. Will it go on its own? Is it a side effect of dose. How can I prevent these. 5. From this dosage, my liver will get effected. What can I do to prevent it? The urine turns orange in color after medicine. Also, I can not drink too much water as well otherwise it will add load to my liver. Is it true? 6. He mentioned blood test and liver tests after 10 days. Why it is required?
