Hi lybrate-user To reduce weight focus on regular physical activity atleast 1 hr of brisk walk daily. Avoid cabbage cauliflower broccoli in your diet. In thyroid there wil be requirement of vitamin B, vitamin C and protein rich food which will help you to maintain your energy levels as well.
