Im about 77-78 kgs have been diagnosed pre diabetic. I walk for approx 1.5 hours every morning, would want to know what can be done to control diabetes and lower triglycerides as twas 268 in the last report 2 months ago. I don't include chapati n rice in my diet. Normally only eat the vegetables, gravy (coconut based) include lots to vitamin based good like tomatoes, capsicum, spinach, methi, coriander leaves, egg in my good. Please suggest.
