Hello Doctor,I am working in UAE. I have a diabetes and cholesterol as well for which I'm taking medicines. I am also overweight. My height is 5.7 inch and weight is 84. I want to loose weight as well as eradicate diabetes. I am unsure of what to eat to achieve this. Can you let me know how much calories should I eat and how much should I burn to achieve this. Also if can you help me with list of fruits, vegetables, nuts essential in my daily food intake. Will be grateful if a food diet chart for breakfast and other meals. Many thanks. Looking forward for your reply.
