There are two question. First one is. My little finger get injured and it swell up but I still able to move there is little pain it is fracture or not. Second one is my father height is 5 foot. 3.5 inch. My mother height is 5 foot 3 inch. My height is 5 foot 3.5 inch. My height is still increasing I want to increase it more up to 5 foot 8 inch at least. Tell me food and exercise to increase height faster and another thing that can increase my height. Are synthetic hgh is harmful?

To confirm or to rule out fracture you have get an x-ray done. If your height is still increasing is a good sign. You can enhance it with stretching exercises, skipping,swimmimg, playing vollyball, basketball etc. Take high protein nutritious diet.

Hello, Thanks for the query. If there is swelling & pain persisting for quite some time, then it is better to a doctor's (preferably orthopedics opinion.). Small lenier hairline fracture can such a swelling. As regards the increase in height, this happens only up to 18 years. Since age is not mentioned, difficult to comment. However, if you are below 18, then aerobic exercise, running & swimming with protein rich diet can be beneficial. Thanks.
