I am 25 year old I have pain in my breast there are knot in my both breast this problem are 8 years old.

If you have felt nodules in both the breasts, it is better to show it to a Breast Surgeon or a Surgical oncologist. They would take a detailed history and examine you and if need be, ask for an ultrasound examination. Since the lump has been present since 8 years, it is more likely to be non cancerous. Fibroadenoma is the most common cause, but could be due to various other causes like phylloides tumor, traumatic fat necrosis, cysts and also the Fibrocystic changes, which are very common and are common cause of breast pain especially cyclical. Some times some of the cysts may enlarge causing a lot of pain, which need to be aspirated. Also they need to rule out other causes of pain like ill fitting bra, trauma, abscess amongst a few.
