I am 22 years old and have a pain in lower back whenever I bent forward only from last 2 months, pain did not go in legs so its not slip disk I think. Can you please give some tip about this, how to cure this?

Hello, if your forward bending increases pain then don't do it if in any case if have to do please bend your knee then do forward bending. Try to do backward bending with support you will have immediate relief. Try to sit on hard surface. Don't sit on sofa. Sit erect. While sleeping lie on cotton mattress. Try this for few days. If you get relief then refer to any physiotherapist he will explain you abdominal core muscle and back muscle strengthening.
