Take Uric acid test. If it increases then take medication with restricted protein diet. If it's normal take some physiotherapy session.

Hello lybrate-user. Heel pain may result from plantar fasciatis or calcaneal spur. A fascia at sole of the foot gets injured due to improper footwear mostly or lifestyle n calcaneal spur is the exrra growth of the calcaneus (bone of heel). Use of soft footwear inside as well as outside the house, stretching of TA and plantar fascia will help. Beter to visit a Physiotherapist who will evaluate your pain thourouly and give proper treatment. Ultrasound therapy may also help.
