I have a 7.3 mm stone in lower pole of kidney. Will it pass spontaneously or I have to go for surgery. Also I am feeling nausea and mild abdominal pain from past two days. I do not know is it because of stone or something else.

Dear lybrate-user It's good to share your concern about your health problem. 7.5 mm stone is not small. You can go for surgery if you wish. But since your body has created the stone, means in future also there will be a chance of stone formation. My best advice to you is get homeopathic treatment. It will help to eliminate the stone as well as it will prevent from stone formation in future. If you share your USG report then it will be helpful to provide consultation. Yes, the stomach pain may be due to your stone OR else some other problem. If left untreated then it may lead to severe complications in future.
