But when I started workout I took 8, 9 whole eggs per day for a month, I believe one egg has 217 mg and it totally becomes 1600 mg approx a day. Later on I started taking 8 eggs without yolk. But now I am scared that will that 1700 mg cholesterol affect My body? Please let Me know how can I reduce bad cholesterol and how many eggs are ok to take. Thanks,
