I am having bp of 90/130 consistently. I do brisk walk for 60 mins daily and is moderately active thru the day. Please suggest.

Dear lybrateuser, -Along with exercise, follow some healthy lifestyle measures: - dietary: avoid fried, processed & junk food, also foods containing trans & saturated fats, avoid pickles, papads & namkeens, restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat milk & milk products, heart healthy fats such as in fish, olive, canola & sunflower oil, nuts, avocados, seeds such as flax & chia seeds - do regular exercise like walking, yoga, meditation & deep breathing - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed - destress by listening to light music, play a game or follow a hobby.
