I am suffered from asthma .I take montelukast and levocetirizine every day by a recommend of doctor .if I will not take take the above medicine I can't breath happily .so I am addicted to this medicine since 3 years. I am 19 years old now and suffered asthma from age of 16. According to a medical report of mine ,it is clear that my issonophulia level is high. After I wake up at 7 a.m ,I have sneezed problem for 2 hours continuously .So please sir, kindly tell about the solution of my problem.
