I am 62 years old and have knee joint pain problem (aging arthritis) is there any permanent solution to this degenerative body condition other than the joint replacement operation if so please provide the source of approach. Thanks.

Its have no permanent solution but you can move better than before if you follow our medication. In case of knee replacement, I will suggest you not to go for it because always it may not succeeded and permanent problem arise.
