Green Coffee/ Tea / Honey -Lemon /Aloe Vera etc. These are all just general health tonics. But have no effect on weight. There is no system in the body by which any of such medicines/concoctions can travel inside the body and burn fat. Body fat is accumulation of excess food a person has consumed. Such excess fat can only be burnt by Intensive exercise. Avoid spending money/time over such Magical Weight reduction stuff. Because none of it works. Healthy diet and daily exercise is the only way out. Change your lifestyle and change your life.
